When a Story Comes to Life
When a Story Comes to Life is a reflection on the moment when a work ceases to be an intimate refuge and begins to exist in the world. Drawing from the experience of The Last Redeemer, the author traces the passage from writing as a means of survival to writing from responsibility: to the coherence of the narrative universe, to the readers, and to what was said, and what was left unsaid, between the lines.
